 Got my YHS plaque today... It can be YHS or IHS depending on accent, but, it is Greek for Jesus. Pretty nice ...

 Did you know that every year in the Claddagh Church they change the display on the Right hand side? During the 7 weeks of Easter and Christmas they put up a display of Jesus preaching with lots of cute little animals, but outside of the seasons they reveal an amazing statue of St. Dominic surrounded by Saints accompanied by a hound of heaven with the torch... Easter and Christmas looks like this... The rest of the year:

Another Catholic Virtual Run He is Risen Celebrating the Resurrection It was 21km so that's 13.1 Miles There was a choice of distances... Nice image on the medal, the stone moved aside... Just in time for Easter !!!

Tiny Traders Village Jesus pin. I was in the Tiny Traders Village in Galway and I got this nice Jesus pin I had to go all the way to the far back to find a pin section. It has Jesus with his head in his hand and he's saying: 'I didn't say that' It just shows how much Jesus is misquoted. especially by secular media anyways, sit back and enjoy the pic..

Remembrance of the Dead Ceremony in Knocknacarra Galway This was in the St. John of the Apostle Church, Galway It is when you remember all the people who died in the Parish during the last year The Mass Leaflet: The writing is in Irish/Gaeilge Ar dheis De go Raibh n-anamacha uaisle meaning  At the right hand of God were noble souls (Don't worry no one really understands Irish) They had a wooden stand on the alter and people would put their candles on it The Priest would call out the names of the dead and a relative would be called up to light their candle and place it on the stand. The light from the candles made it difficult to get great pics but you get the idea. Before the candles were lit: The Candles: They had the names of the deceased on the other side.

I was in the Cathedral in Galway and they have a little shop I picked up some nice Catholic Religious objects Below are some pics... The nice bag ... The Merch.. St Francis Prayer for peace: The other side of this was the hands in prayer above. Jesus: This is a nice thought: The other side of this was the cross above.. I thought this was very nice and it could get someone through the day

This week I volunteered at the St. Anthony of Padua Triduum Novena in the Franciscan Abbey Church in Galway Of course I have a lot of pics .. The Area set up .. I was sitting at that table recruiting for the Secular Franciscan Order The banners (youfra is the youth branch). I was at a talk about  Synodality - A Reason for Great Hope (4 hours long) it was in Croí Nua Spirituality Centre Galway City Some pics: This was a really cool building. I was never there before. The talk was by: Julieann Moran. She is the General Secretary of the Synodal Pathway of the Catholic Church in Ireland pic: She was accidentally included in this pic. I was actually trying to capture the text on the screen It related Synodality to the Gospel of Mark 2:1-12  We had to think about what everyone was thinking and feeling in the story and what we would do in that situation Then it was basically talking about synodality and everyone said it was taking F-O-R-E-V-E-R  Also, we had to sit in circles and do a  'Conversation of Spirit' I wasn't really sure what that was. It sounded a bit scary. I think they need to change the name. Everyone sat in small circles I had a smart group Everyone took turns to speak for 2 minutes Pause No responses or interruptions.
